• We offer domestic shipping within India and international shipping to countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, and more.
2. Shipping Charges:
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the items.
• We offer standard, free and express shipping depending on the cart value and type of shipping.
3. Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
4. Estimated Delivery Times:
• India: 3-7 business days depending on the location.
• US & Canada: 7-14 business days.
• UK & EU: 7-14 business days.
• Australia: 7-14 business days.
• Other international orders: 10-20 business days.
5. Customs & Import Duties:
• For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply once your order reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• GST/VAT is applied for countries - Australia, New Zealand, Norway and United Kingdom.
• No VAT / GST is applicable for Hong Kong :p
6. Order Tracking:
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.
7. Lost or Damaged Items:
