Cancellations and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Geminids. We strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary.

Cancellations:
1. Order Cancellation Request:
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accept cancellations before the order has been processed, printed or shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at geminids.store@gmail.com with your order number and request. We will confirm the cancellation if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
2. Cancellation Charges:
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. However, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

Refunds:
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
• We offer a refund only for defective products.
• If your product is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
2. Non-Refundable Products:
• Custom or personalized products that were made specifically for you are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process:
• Once we receive your return request, we will inspect the product and notify you about     the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment      method. Refunds typically take 2-3 days to reflect in your account.
4. Return Instructions:
• To return a product, please contact us with your order number, and kindly read our         return policy.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

Exchanges:
• Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for size. To ensure right size kindly refer our size chart. Also visit our return and replacement policy for exchanges.
